Krogerus advises Idinvest Partners on its raising of EUR 12.9 million for Midaxo

Krogerus advised Idinvest Partners, an investment company financing small and medium-sized European businesses at various stages of growth, on its raising of EUR 12.9 million for Midaxo Oy, a Finnish developer of a cloud M&A platform.

Led by Idinvest Partners, with the participation of the existing investors Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment) and EOC Capital, this second investment round brings Midaxo's total funding to EUR 18.6 million.

Partner Marko Vuori led the Krogerus team. He was primarily assisted by associate Anna Metso.
