Krogerus advises Ilkka on its acquisition of Profinder

Krogerus advised Ilkka Oyj on its acquisition of Profinder from Juuri Partners and other shareholders of Profinder. With its SaaS business model, Profinder produces the most comprehensive target group data in the market through its B2B and B2C target group services.

The growing demand for marketing and sales tools and the need for up-to-date target group data that combines different sources have fostered Profinder's growth. With the transaction, Ilkka will expand its marketing and technology services business into sales technology and data services in accordance with its strategy.
