Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on its acquisition of a wind farm project from Megatuuli

Krogerus advised Ilmatar Energy when it acquired entire share capital of a special purpose vehicle holding project rights for the ready-to-build Rasakangas wind farm from Megatuuli Oy. The wind farm is located in Kurikka and the construction works will begin during the winter of 2020-2021. Once completed the wind farm will consist of nine wind turbine generators with a total height of 210 meters, providing around 135 GWh annual production to the Finnish electricity system.
