Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on reaching the final investment decision and financial close for two large-scale onshore wind farm projects with a total nominal capacity of 216MW
Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on the sale of minority stake in its Louhukangas and Möksy wind farm projects to leading Japanese utility company The Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc. and the long-term PPA-backed project financing with DekaBank to fund the construction and operation of the Louhukangas and Möksy wind farm projects. The wind farms will be built in central Finland and will encompass 36 wind turbines with a total nominal capacity of 216MW. Commercial operations are targeted to begin at the end of 2023.
