Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on the debt financing with AIP for a portfolio of onshore wind projects

Krogerus advised Ilmatar Energy on the long-term EUR 135m debt financing with AIP to fund the construction and operation of a portfolio of four onshore wind farms with a total capacity of 131.8MW. The projects are fully merchant and their commissioning is scheduled for Q1/2024.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Heidi Kivenjuuri and she was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Hanna Kim and Associate Elina Terho.
