Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on the project financing with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken for Voimamylly and Rasakangas wind farms

Krogerus advises Ilmatar Energy on long-term PPA backed project financing with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken to fund the construction of its Voimamylly and Rasakangas wind farm projects totalling 73.8MW of installed capacity. The construction of Voimamylly, located in Humppila and Urjala, and Rasakangas, located in Kurikka, has begun in early 2021 and the wind farms are expected to be connected to the grid in early 2022.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Heidi Kivenjuuri and she was primarily assisted by Associate Hanna Kim. The due diligence phase was led by Partners Ville Hailikari and Sami Laine and they were mainly assisted by Associates Jani-Pekka Jussila, Riina Toivonen-Vuong, Iida Salonen and Sonja Sivén.
