Krogerus advises in the outsourcing of Neste Oil’s ship management functions to OSM Group

Krogerus advised OSM Group AS in outsourcing the ship management functions of Neste Shipping Oy, a subsidiary of Neste Oil Corporation. The transaction value is undisclosed.

OSM plans to set up a subsidiary in Finland responsible for the crewing and maintenance of vessels previously managed by Neste Shipping. The intention of the transaction is to transfer Neste Shipping’s shore and seagoing personnel to OSM in spring 2014.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Sami Laine, included partner Marko Vuori, senior associates Carola Möller and Essi Launonen, and associate Anna Polvenlahti.
