Krogerus advises Instalco on its acquisition of IT-Line Service Oy

Krogerus advised Instalco, one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region, on its acquisition of IT-Line Service Oy. IT-Line Service provides installation, supervision, and maintenance services to companies primarily operating in the pulp and paper industry. The acquisition strengthens Instalco's industrial offering in Finland.

Instalco, listed at Nasdaq Stockholm, specialises in electric, plumbing, ventilation, industry and technical consultancy. The company carries out design, installation, service and maintenance of properties and facilities in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
