Krogerus advises Instalco on its acquisition of TelePatrol

Krogerus advised Instalco, a mechanical systems contractor, on its acquisition of TelePatrol Oy, a company specialised in installation and service of telecommunications, data networks, fibre and radio. The acquisition strengthens Instalco's position in the installation of fibre, data and networks.

Instalco, listed at Nasdaq Stockholm, is one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region, active in the areas of heating, plumbing, electricity, cooling, technical consulting and industrial solutions. The company offers project planning, design, installation, service and maintenance of systems installed at properties and facilities throughout Sweden, Norway and Finland.
