Krogerus advises Instalco on its acquisition of Uudenmaan LVI-Talo and Uudenmaan Sähkötekniikka

Krogerus advised Instalco, a Swedish installation company, on its acquisition of Uudenmaan LVI-Talo Oy and Uudenmaan Sähkötekniikka JP Oy, two Finnish companies specialised in ventilation solutions and electricity.

Uudenmaan LVI-Talo is a HVAC-company offering construction-, service- and maintenance services with 50 employees in the capital region. Uudenmaan Sähkötekniikka is an electricity company specialising in wholesome solutions for electricity and telecommunications contracting with 35 employees.
