Krogerus advises Instalco on its acquisition of VIP-Sähkö and Pohjanmaan Talotekniikka

Krogerus advised Instalco AB, one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region, active in the areas of heating, plumbing, electricity, cooling and industrial solutions, on its acquisition of two Finnish installation companies VIP-Sähkö Oy and Pohjanmaan Talotekniikka Oy.

VIP-Sähkö primarily focuses on project planning and installation of electrical systems in apartment buildings. Pohjanmaan Talotekniikka offers a full range of installation and service for heating & plumbing. The company has a subsidiary, Pohjanmaan Talotekniikka Etelä Oy, which is also part of the acquisition
