Krogerus advises Intera Partners and other shareholders on the sale of Trafotek to AQ Group

Krogerus advised Intera Fund I Ky, a fund managed by private equity firm Intera Partners, and other shareholders on the sale of LTI Holding Oy to AQ Group AB. LTI Holding Oy has Trafotek Oy as a subsidiary in Finland.

Trafotek is a leading supplier in design and manufacturing of specialised power electronics components, such as reactors, transformers and filters in medium to high power range. Trafotek has subsidiaries in Estonia, China and Brazil.

The transaction, which is subject to approval from the Estonian and Finnish Competition Authorities, is anticipated to be completed in June 2019.
