Krogerus advises Intera Partners on its investment in Cervi Talotekniikka

Krogerus advised Intera Partners, a leading Finnish private equity investor, on its investment in Cervi Talotekniikka Oy, a Finnish specialist in ventilation, clean indoor air and cooling.

Founded in 2014, Cervi employs around 200 ventilation professionals. Cervi’s services cover all the work required to maintain, repair and renovate ventilation systems, including consultation, collaboration and ventilation design. The company also services, repairs and monitors refrigeration and cooling equipment. With the transaction, Intera and Cervi will be building an even stronger domestic specialist in ventilation and cooling and Cervi will take a significant step towards its ambitious growth targets.
