Krogerus advises Intera Partners on its investment in Insinööritoimisto Seppo Rantala Oy

Krogerus advised private equity firm Intera Partners on the investment by Intera Fund II in Insinööritoimisto Seppo Rantala Oy.

Insinööritoimisto Seppo Rantala Oy provides engineering services primarily to bridge construction projects. The company will become part of the Infrak Group, which specialises in demanding infrastructure construction and currently comprises of Fin-Seula Oy and Kesälahden Maansiirto Oy. Infrak Group’s pro forma sales amounted to over EUR 140 million in 2013.
