Krogerus advises Invalidisäätiö on the sale of two significant real estate assets in Ruskeasuo, Helsinki

The first transaction concerned a large hospital and care asset located at the address Tenholantie 10. The property has a total leasable area of approximately 21,600 square meters and the tenants include many of the leading healthcare and care providers, such as Helsinki University Hospital (HUS), Orton, Esperi Care and Tutoris. The property was sold to Special Investment Fund eQ Care and the transaction was completed in December 2020.

The second transaction concerned a unique real estate development asset located at the address Tenholantie 12. The property is located adjacent to the central park and, according to the city plan effective from 2019, the property has a total of 10,720 square meters of residential building right. Currently, there are two existing buildings located on the property, one of which is to be demolished and another which is to be converted into residential use. The property was sold to Lehto Asunnot Oy and the transaction was completed in January 2021.
