Krogerus advises JM Suomi on its acquisition of Gradina Tampere

Krogerus advises JM Suomi Oy, a subsidiary of JM Group, on its acquisition of Gradina Tampere Oy. JM Group is one of the Nordic region’s leading developers of housing and residential areas. Gradina Tampere builds well-designed homes to cater for a variety of needs in the Tampere region.
