Krogerus advises Juuri Partners and other shareholders on the sale of Finelcomp to KAMIC Group

Krogerus advised Juuri Partners and the other shareholders of Finelcomp Oy, Finland's leading manufacturer of enclosure solutions for electricity distribution and telecoms equipment, on the sale of Finelcomp to KAMIC Group AB, a major Swedish group supplying technical products.

With Juuri Partners as a partner, Finelcomp has achieved strong growth and the position as market leader through a long-term sales-oriented culture and consistent product development. KAMIC Group, as the new owner, will have the ability to provide both a valuable network and the know-how for the continuing business development of Finelcomp.
