Krogerus advises Juuri Partners in the acquisition of Finelcomp

Krogerus advised Finnish private equity company Juuri Partners in the acquisition of Finelcomp, a manufacturer of power distribution and telecommunications enclosure solutions, from Sievi Capital.

Juuri Partners acquires Finelcomp together with the company's CEO Esa Kivi, who will become Finelcomp's majority shareholder. The transaction is anticipated to close in April 2018.

Finelcomp's electrical distribution centres are used in small-scale construction, both in industrial and in the public sector. The company's net sales in 2017 were EUR 16.1 million.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Mika Ståhlberg. He was mainly assisted by associates Jasmin Wardi and Jukka-Petteri Hyyppä.
