Krogerus advises Koskisen in the sale of heating plant business to Lahti Energia

Krogerus advised Koskisen Oy in the sale of its heating plant business, comprising of bio power plants in the Järvelä factory area, to Pilke Energia Oy, a newly established subsidiary of Lahti Energia Oy.

The annual thermal energy generated by the bio power plants is 200 gigawatt hours. The power plants use by-products from the Koskisen factory and a small portion of forest biomass as fuel.
