Krogerus advises Kreate on the acquisition of Railtek
Krogerus advised Kreate on the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Railtek Oy Insa and Railtek Oy Rata. The Railtek companies specialise in railway infrastructure and foundation construction. Kreate is one of the leading infrastructure builders in Finland, and a portfolio company of Intera Partners.
Partner Marcus Möller led the Krogerus team. He was primarily assisted by senior associate Lauri Raade.
