Krogerus advises Laakkonen on the divestment of its Audi, Seat and Volkswagen businesses

Krogerus advised Kauppahuone Laakkonen Oy on the divestment of Autotalo Laakkonen Oy's and Veljekset Laakkonen Oy's Audi, Seat and Volkswagen businesses to K Caara Oy, a member of the Kesko Group.

The combined net sales of the businesses totalled some EUR 259 million in 2018 and approximately 470 employees will transfer in connection with the transaction.

The Krogerus team was led by partners Mika Ståhlberg and Joakim Jansson who were mainly assisted by senior associates Taru Kovanen and Jasmin Wardi.
