Krogerus advises lead investor in Swappie's EUR 108 million C round

Krogerus advised growth equity firm Verdane on the series C funding round of Swappie, the Finland-based platform for reselling used smartphones. The EUR 108 million series C funding round was led by Verdane, alongside existing investors Lifeline Ventures, Inventure, Reaktor Ventures and TESI. The funding round supports Swappie in becoming the European market leader in the rapidly growing market for used and refurbished smartphones.

Partner Jan Johanson led the Krogerus team and he was mainly assisted by Senior Associate Taru Kovanen and Associates Maria Naukkarinen, Anna Salokangas, Jenna Hallikainen, Maria Lilius and Liisa Ollberg.
