Krogerus advises Lehto Group on the EUR 53 million framework agreement with a fund managed by Avara

Krogerus acted for Lehto Group Plc on the framework agreement concerning a housing portfolio which includes the construction of 340 apartments in five cities around Finland. The transaction price is more than EUR 53 million.

Lehto Group plc is Finland’s fastest growing construction and real estate group and its shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Pyry Somervuori and he was mainly assisted by associate Jukka-Petteri Hyyppä.
