Krogerus advises Lehto Group on the sale of Remonttipartio

Krogerus advised Lehto Group Plc on the sale of Remonttipartio Oy, a pipeline renovation services company wholly-owned by Lehto Group Plc, to Renevo Group Oy. The transaction had an enterprise value of EUR 30 million and its closing is subject to customary conditions precedent, including approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
