Krogerus advises lenders on project financing for Skarta Energy's solar park projects

Krogerus advises SEB and NIB as lenders on project financing for a portfolio of two solar parks in Utajärvi and Pälkäne. The two solar park projects are being developed by Skarta Energy Oy and they will together have capacity to produce approx. 108 MW of electricity.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Heidi Kivenjuuri and she was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Riina Toivonen-Vuong and Associates Elina Terho and Linda Tuhkunen. The due diligence phase was led by Partner Sami Laine and he was mainly assisted by Associate Janne Helaskoski.
