Krogerus advises LocalTapiola on its acquisition of majority shareholding in Finnish P&C Insurance

Krogerus advised LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, a leading Finnish insurance company, on its acquisition of 70% of the shares in Finnish P&C Insurance Ltd from POP Bank Group.

Founded by POP Bank Group in 2012, Finnish P&C Insurance is a motor and non-life insurance company known for its brand POP Vakuutus. The company has differentiated itself in the insurance sector with its digital business model. Following the completion of the acquisition, POP Bank Group will continue as a minority shareholder in Finnish P&C Insurance.
