Krogerus advises Maas Capital Renewables B.V. and Yard Energy Investments B.V. on their sale of two on-shore wind farms to Eurus Energy Europe B.V.

Krogerus advised Maas Capital Renewables B.V. (subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V.) and its joint venture partner Yard Energy Investments B.V. on their sale of two on-shore wind farms to Eurus Energy Europe B.V.

The two wind farms, Kankaanpäänmäki and Mustaisneva, are located in the Finnish region of Etelä-Pohjanmaa (Southern Ostrobothnia) and have an approximate capacity of 28 MW in total. Maas Capital Renewables and YARD have successfully realized the construction of the two projects under the turnkey contract with Lagerwey and financing of the construction with a combination of debt financing provided by Rabobank and Atradius.
