Krogerus advised MB Funds and the other shareholders of Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut on its sale to Humana. Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut joins Humana's organisation of more than 3000 social care professionals, comprising 130 housing and institutional units and offices. Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut will strengthen Humana's nationwide outpatient service offerings.
