Krogerus advises MB Funds on its investment in TAPAUS and Roof Productions

Krogerus advised private equity investor MB Funds on its investment in Finnish event management firm TAPAUS Oy. In connection with the transaction, TAPAUS will acquire a Finnish brand activation agency Roof Productions Oy.

Following the transactions MB Funds becomes a majority shareholder in TAPAUS. Roof Productions' 20 employees will transfer to TAPAUS increasing the number of TAPAUS’ employees to 80.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close during Q3 2019.
