Krogerus advises MediVida on the divestment of its holding to Esperi Care

Krogerus advised MediVida Oy, a Finnish social and health care services company, on the divestment of its care and residential services, services for children and families and doctor services businesses to Esperi Care Oy.

The turnover of the divested business is EUR 30 million, and 700 employees will be transferred to Esperi Care. The transaction is still pending the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

The Krogerus team was led by senior advisor Lennart Simonsen. He was mainly assisted by associates Anna Metso and Jasmin Wardi.
