Krogerus advises Nestlé in establishing ice cream and frozen food joint venture

Krogerus advised Nestlé S.A. in the establishment of Froneri, a new ice cream and frozen food joint venture, with R&R Ice Cream, a leading ice cream company based in the UK.

With sales of around EUR 2.6 billion, Froneri will operate in 22 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, the Philippines and South Africa. It will employ around 15,000 people.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Sami Laine. He was mainly assisted by partner Marko Vuori and associates Anna Metso and Tuulia Tanskanen.
