Krogerus advises NRC Group on divestment of design business to Sweco

Krogerus advised NRC Group ASA, the largest rail infrastructure contractor in the Nordic region, on the sale of its Finnish and Swedish design business to Sweco AB.

The enterprise value of the transaction is EUR 42.5 million and it is expected that completion will occur on or around 1 November 2019.
