Krogerus advises NVBS Rail on its acquisition of Ratatek

Krogerus advises NVBS Rail, a fast-growing player in maintenance, improvement and construction of critical railway infrastructure in Sweden and Norway, on its acquisition of Ratatek Oy and Ratatek Service Oy, the Finnish companies specialised in the design, installation and maintenance of overhead contact lines and electrical systems on tram and railways, with operations in Finland and Sweden. NVBS will become a Nordic platform company for Ratos in the attractive and growing railway infrastructure market, with combined pro forma revenues of SEK 978m in 2021.
