Krogerus advises on divestment of Finnish residential platform

Krogerus advised Avant Capital Partners on the divestment of their residential platform to Round Hill Capital, a leading European specialist real estate investment and asset management firm. The portfolio consists of 3,263 residential units across 106 assets in Finnish growth cities, and it has a strong in-house organisation.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Marcus Möller and senior associate Joakim Jansson.
