Krogerus advises on launch of LocalTapiola Private Equity VI at €238 million

Krogerus advised LocalTapiola on formation of LocalTapiola Private Equity VI, which recently made first closing at €238.2 million. The strategy of this fund is to invest in US and European mid-market buyout funds. LocalTapiola Private Equity VI marks the sixth fund in LocalTapiola's successful series of private equity fund of funds.

Partner Pyry Somervuori led the team together with Counsel Joonas Parkkinen. They were mainly assisted by Associates Maria Walden and Konsta Westerlund. Partner Samu Lassila led the advice on tax matters and he was assisted by Senior Associate Jemiina Pohja.
