Krogerus advises on the sale of Merius' industrial design and advisory business to Caverion

Krogerus advised Merius Oy and its owner on the sale of its industrial design and advisory business to Caverion, one of the Europe's leading provider of technical solutions for buildings and industries. Merius Oy provides surveying, design and consulting services for industrial investments by using 3D digitisation, virtual and visualisation technologies.
