Krogerus advises on the sale of Plugit to DIF Capital Partners

Krogerus advised Plugit Finland Oy, a leading EV charging infrastructure company in Finland, on the sale of 71% stake of Plugit Finland Oy, to DIF Capital Partners, a leading global independent infrastructure investment manager.

Founded in 2012, Plugit has become one of the largest EV charging infrastructure companies operating in the Finnish market.
