Krogerus advises OP-Rental Yield on sale of 10 residential assets

Krogerus advises OP-Rental Yield on agreement to sell a residential portfolio consisting of 10 properties to a fund managed by Slättö Förvaltning AB. The properties encompass a total of some 26,000 square meters of lettable area across 544 apartments. Approximately 60% of the portfolio value is located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
