Krogerus advises Ørn Software on its acquisition of Rapal

Krogerus advises Norwegian software company Ørn Software on its acquisition of Rapal Oy, a Finnish real estate SaaS company with around 70 employees and 250 customers, to whom Rapal offers best-in-class solutions for lease, space, and workplace management. The acquisition of Rapal represents Ørn Software's first step into Finland.

The transaction is based on an enterprise value of NOK 374 million (EUR 36.90), to be settled with a combination of cash, Ørn Software shares and a deferred earn-out payment.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jan Johanson and he was primarily assisted by Associate Timo Rautiainen, among others.
