Krogerus advises Osuuskauppa PeeÄssä and PNT Group on the acquisition of Tahkocom

Krogerus advised Osuuskauppa PeeÄssä, part of the S Group, and PNT Group, a real estate investment firm on their acquisition of Tahkocom with 50 / 50 shares of ownership. Tahkocom is a central booking office for all Tahko's traveling products and also one of the biggest central booking offices in Finland.

The Krogerus team, led by Partner Jarmo Makkonen, included Senior Associate Taru Kovanen and Associate Valtteri Kukkonen.
