Krogerus advises PATRIZIA on its acquisition of a residential portfolio

Krogerus advised PATRIZIA AG, a leading partner for global real assets, on its acquisition of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties in Helsinki, Finland, from Taaleri, the Nordic investment and asset manager, for c. EUR 145 million, on behalf of its institutional clients.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Marcus Möller and also included Senior Associate Kalle Hakkarainen, Counsel Piia Sinisalo and Associates Julius Viherkenttä and Olga Lehtonen. Partner Päivi Toivari led the advice on financing matters and she was assisted by Counsel Christian Wiegand.
