Krogerus advises PSG on a strategic €40 million growth investment in One Click LCA by PSG and InfraVia
Krogerus advised PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies, on PSG's and InfraVia's €40 million growth investment in One Click LCA, a leading software platform for the decarbonization of construction and manufacturing.
The investment will boost One Click LCA's R&D, accelerate delivery of enterprise solutions, and fund global expansion and M&A – positioning One Click LCA as the definitive end-to-end sustainability software platform for construction and manufacturing.
The Krogerus team, led by Partners Marcus Möller and Jan Johanson, included Counsel Antti Luhtala, Senior Associate Iiris Rantanen and Associates Annaleena Hakala, Jonas Holm, Oskar Kaskela, André von Martens, Tuuli Merikallio, Elina Mäkelä, Jonni Tiainen, Marko Turtiainen, Aleksi Yli-Houhala and Ada Öhman.
