Krogerus advises Qt Group on the acquisition of froglogic

Krogerus advised Qt Group and its subsidiary, The Qt Company, on the acquisition of froglogic, a Germany-based globally leading company in automated software testing that specialises in particular for the development of GUI test automation tools, and the issuance and listing of new shares in Qt Group on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Qt Group is a global software company with a strong presence in more than 70 industries.
