Krogerus advises Qt Group Plc on its EUR 15.3 million rights issue

Krogerus advised Qt Group Plc on its EUR 15.3 million rights issue. In the rights issue, the company offered a maximum of 2,974,039 new shares to the company’s shareholders for subscription in proportion to their current shareholding in the company at a subscription price of EUR 5.15 per share.

A total of 3,431,175 shares were subscribed for in the offering, representing approximately 115.4 percent of the 2,974,039 new shares offered.

Qt Group Plc is a software development tool company specialising in Qt development, productization and licensing under commercial and open-source licenses.
