Krogerus advises Quant on the acquisition of Sataservice

Krogerus advised industrial maintenance company Quant, a portfolio company of Nordic Capital, on the acquisition of Sataservice Oy, an industrial maintenance provider in Western and Southern Finland, from private equity investor Vaaka Partners and a group of minority shareholders.

The Finnish competition authority has approved the acquisition which was completed on 1 August 2018.
