Krogerus advises Royal Unibrew on its acquisition of Solera Beverage Group

Krogerus acted as the Finnish counsel for Royal Unibrew, a leading regional multi-beverage company, on its acquisition of Solera Beverage Group from CapMan. Royal Unibrew is the owner of the major Finnish beverage provider Hartwall. Solera Beverage Group is a leading importer and distributor of wine and other beverages in the Nordic markets.
