Krogerus advises Saari Partners on majority investment in Codento

Krogerus advised Saari Partners, a Finnish private equity firm, on its investment in Codento, a leading Google Cloud consulting company in Finland and Sweden. Codento is one of Finland’s fastest-growing IT consulting companies. Saari Partners will become the majority owner of Codento.

The investment accelerates Codento's expansion into Sweden and other Nordic countries. Codento’s growth strategy is driven by the increasing interest of Nordic client companies in Google Cloud and AI projects. Offering a wide range of innovative AI, data, cloud and application development services, Codento has significantly developed its Google Cloud technology capabilities over the past few years, establishing a strong position within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
