Krogerus advises Saari Partners on the formation of second fund

Krogerus advised Saari Partners on the formation of its second private equity fund, Saari II. This new fund aims to support smaller service sector companies and develop them into industry leaders through digitalisation and branding. The fund held its initial closing on 15 December 2022 with EUR 45 million in commitments. Krogerus advised on all legal and tax aspects of this matter.
