Krogerus advises Sentica and other sellers on the sale of Secto Automotive to Hartwall Capital
Krogerus advised Sentica, an independent private equity company, and other sellers on the sale of Secto Automotive, a Finnish-owned B2B car leasing operator, to Hartwall Capital. Hartwall Capital will become the main owner of Secto Automotive as a co-investor together with Secto's founder and chairman Matias Henkola's investment company Daleheart Oy.
Secto aims to become the Finnish market leader in the outsourcing service of company cars. Hartwall Capital becoming the main owner of Secto will strengthen Secto's strategic growth and development. Simultaneously with this transaction, Secto has also formed a strategic partnership with Kamux concerning the sale of returned leasing cars.
