Krogerus advises Sentica on its acquisition of Veke

Krogerus advised funds managed by Sentica, on a transaction where they have become the majority owner of a furniture and décor company Veke. Veke has been among of the first companies in the furniture and décor eCommerce in Finland and has managed to grow into one of the largest retailers within a decade.

Veke intends to continue the transforming of furniture and décor market, by keeping omnichannel customer experience continually in focus. In addition Veke’s inspiration-focused brand will now be further actively reinforced, the share of own private label brands increased, and digital business areas will continue to be developed.
